Order Processing & Shipping
At Pixie Cove we understand that order processing and shipping times are important to our customers. If you have any questions prior to ordering please do get in touch with us. Our products are classed as Print on Demand (which are products printed within the USA). We are working on increasing our product range and having it all manufactured and shipped from within the USA and that's our aim going forward.
Where We Ship To
Currently Pixie Cove ships ONLY to or within the Contiguous USA, that is, the 48 conterminous states, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, APO, WPO and PO boxes. If you would like to know when we start shipping to your country please contact us for details.
We offer FREE standard rate shipping for all orders $125+ or else, a $7.95 flat rate for orders below this amount. Contact us if you need expedited shipping or need an item for a special date to see whether this is possible.
Order Processing Times
For standard shipping, once your order has been successfully submitted, our fantastic customer service team aims to process it within 12 hours, although at weekends, sale times or national holidays, it could take 48-72 hours.
You must contact us within 12 hours of placing an order to request a cancellation or to make changes to the order.
The team then send your order on to our (a)mazing manufacturers who customize your order (if required) and ship it on out to you via USPS tracking services.
Please note if you order multiple items they may be sent in separate packages depending on current stock levels and on the manufacturer's location.
Print on Demand
All custom T-shirts, Tank Tops, Hoodies, Leggings, Skirts, Dresses and Capris are printed on demand. During off-peak times of the year your order will be processed and shipped within 3-6 business days. During peak seasonal months, orders are processed and shipped within 9-12 business days. Shipping takes an average of 5 days in addition to order processing time. All Print-On-Demand items should arrive within 7 to 15 days. We use USPS Mail Innovations. The package is delivered to your door by USPS. You will also receive notification and tracking information when your order has shipped.
Tax And Import Duty
Any sales tax or import duty is the responsibility of the customer.
Cancelling An Order
We understand that sometimes buyer impulse or clicky finger takes over and prompts you to place an order when you weren’t quite ready. We know, it happens to us too! As our ordering process includes a manual review (to ensure customized product orders are complete) contact us within 12 hours of placing your order if you want to cancel or change your order.
Adding Items to an Order
If you have one of those moments where you have just placed an order and then you realise there is something else you would love from the store then contact us as soon as possible. We will try our best to add the product to your existing order. If you place a second order within 24 hours of the first then please do contact us and we will either try and send your items out together or waive the shipping fee for the 2nd order. Just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include both order numbers.
In the Future
We do intend to extend our shipping to once again cater to Australia, New Zealand the UK and Canada. Please let us know if you would like to be notified when we do by emailing us at email@example.com.
