Shipping & Delivery
Shipping and Handling charges are based on the number of items you have purchased, calculated after applicable discounts have been applied.
We will ship to the US using USPS tracking services. The first item on any order costs $7.95 shipping and handling (unless otherwise stated on the product page) with each additional item costing an additional $4.
We now ship to Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
Unfortunately, we do not currently ship to the UK and Ireland.
We have a 10 item per order limit. The reason for this is that we use multiple suppliers to get the deals we offer so the items have to be shipped separately. This can result in very high postage charges. If you wish to order more than 10 items please contact us at email@example.com or create separate orders.
Orders are usually processed within 24 - 48 hours after an order is received, though at the weekend or on national holidays this could take 72 hours. You must contact us within 24 hours of placing an order to request a cancellation or to make changes to the order.
We ask that you allow up to 30 days for your items to arrive. Delivery is typically much quicker than this, though sadly we do not have control over postal and courier services. Some items ship from within the US and will arrive in 5 - 15 business days as standard and these are marked on the site, if you need an order delivered faster then please contact us for shipping rates. If your item has not arrived after 30 days please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Any tax or import duty to be paid is the responsibility of the purchaser.
In order to be able to offer the amazing deals that we do we need to ship directly from the point of manufacture. Please note if you order multiple items they may be sent in separate packages depending on current stock levels and on the manufacturer that we are sourcing the items from.
